Force Was with Four on May 4th!

Kyu Test 2018

Karate is fun but it's also taking on challenges that are both physical and mental. It requires work and perseverance. I am so pleased with the great effort each of my karateka put forth for their first test. They truly put forth the best version of themselves!!

The other excitement was having my long time friend Richie Vitale, fellow SKA Blackbelt, carve out precious time to help me facilitate. When we were done, Richie surprised us with impromptu live music. What a great wrap to our first Kyu Test!!
