Winter Special Training 2018

Winter Special Training was Jan 19th- 21st. in Washington DC.

Godan Kitty Gallagher led us into a strong and inspired weekend

of intensive training. It was hard and relentless but as always, also a precious opportunity to polish one's training under the watchful eyes of our seniors. Surrounded by peers and juniors, I am reminded of why we attend Special Training-- we have the chance to gather and collectively push beyond our self- imposed limits. We dig deep as we also pull up our juniors. It is a priceless gift for all.
